Londor History:
In the past, the land of what is currently known as Londor used to be an ancient isolated undead asylum on an island in the middle of a cold sea. Over the centuries, with the increase of its population, a society of undead appeared in the depths of the dungeons. For this reason, the asylum was feared by the inhabitants of the nearby cities, this caused all communication to be cut, transforming it into a forbidden land. The problems didn’t end here, the high concentration of undead and hollows produce a new disease named black crystallization, which caused humanity within the undead to begin to emerge in the form of a strong, pointed black crystal. This crystal causes a strange a interest on the part of the hollows, who approached the sick undead and ended up melting with these crystals. The undead, in fear of suffering this unknown destiny, tried to avoid propagation and began to throw the undead and crystallized hollows into the sea, causing the sea to turn black over the centuries, black rain started to fall, the vegetation began to grow twisted, giant dark crystals began to grow from the depths of the sea, which over the centuries ended up consuming the old asylum.

The undead consumed by fear and despair saw the arrival of three young sisters, the way in which they came to this island, so forgotten and forbidden is unknown. But with them they brought salvation for the undead and hollows alike, delivering culture and art of the ancient darkness of humanity under the teachings of a great serpent that accompanied them. They built a hospital for treatment and research on this disease, eventually giving the cure to the crystallization. Primordial beings were known to be naturally immune to the deepest darkness, for this reason they came to the conclusion of feeding the meat and blood of the serpent to the population of the old asylum. Without hesitation the three sisters prepared for the betrayal that would bring salvation to the undead, they, ambushed and murdered the serpent, they gave their crumbled body to the entire population of undead. The grateful ones built the most glorious city on top of the crystals born from their flesh with a cathedral for the three sisters which would crown the highest in the city, protected by a wall and a large door that connects to a bridge that reaches the mainland, again allowing the freedom of pilgrimage in search of the dark lord of the ancient stories. Today the disease continues to exist and is treated in the same way in the old hospital, the oldest building in Londor, as a sacred ritual, the crystals are thrown and not dead without hope of cure to the dark sea to meet their peers.

Concepts:
The whole concept of this disease is born because always in the Dark Souls universe certain actions of existing beings have a consequence in geography or in the climate (The sun goes out when the gods are not there, Dragons live in mist and silence, etc.) and did not want the existence of the undead and hollows to be annexed to this. It was also a good line of argument to include a hospital and the concept of medicine, which are not very taken in the saga. The idea that the three sisters betrayed Kaathe to feed the hollow and sick undead has its origin from the painting that can be seen in "Ashes of Ariandel" in the church where Friede is located, this also provides more development of the relationship of the three sisters with the gaps without losing the dark and mysterious tone of Londor.

Its design starts from the description of the Morion Blade which tells us that the sword is similar to the towers of the cathedral, which I included not only in the ornaments of the towers, but also in various decorations.

Based on cathedrals in Europe, I took Cologne Cathedral and Clermont-Ferrand Cathedral as inspiration, since they have a darker tone.

Many hospitals from a century ago in the real world are located far from the city, that of Londor is no exception, it is on an alternative path on the way up to the cathedral, as it is the oldest building in the city.

For being the oldest building I made it heavier in appearance, similar to Romanesque architecture.
